Shipping Partner
We proudly partner with Pathao Parcel for all our deliveries across Nepal. Pathao Parcel is known for its reliable and efficient delivery service, ensuring your orders reach you quickly and securely.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Inside Kathmandu Valley:

Delivery Time: 1–2 business days

Outside Kathmandu Valley:

Delivery Time: 2–4 business days (depending on location)

Please note: Delivery time may vary slightly during holidays, peak sales periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within the day. Orders placed before 11 AM will be processed on the same day and after 5 PM will be processed the following business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message along with a tracking number from Pathao Parcel so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delivery Attempts
If the delivery is not completed on the first attempt, WE  will contact you for rescheduling. Please ensure your phone number is correct at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within Nepal.
